Most people don’t like to think themselves. They rather follow the herd and do what they’re told, since it’s less work for them.
Many are afraid of speaking their mind and sticking to their truth. Instead, they nod and live their little life.
They don’t live it to the fullest, they are just there.
I feel that many people make their happiness dependent from someone else. They don’t know how to be happy, that it comes from within, they feel like only someone else is able to trigger it.
Many childhood traumas make people suffer in their adult life but they don’t know the source of their behaviour and actions. And some don’t want to do the digging. Some don’t think about it.
More people need to start doing shadow work, to work on themselves and stop saying it’s someone else fault that they are who they are. Everyone can change if they really want to. It’s work they must put in, without work, they won’t change, they’ll stay the same and keep complaining and spread toxicity
